Rycote's model 107301 is a four-sided, square mic flag, suitable for microphones with 19 to 38 mm diameters. It's made from durable, shatterproof molded plastic and avoids the use of perishable foam inserts to make the flags fit the microphone – instead, using an array of internally fitted hard-wearing red and black rubber 'vanes' to secure the flag around the mic. This allows Rycote’s Mic Flags to be used with any microphone ranging in diameter from 19 to 38mm.
Usage notes:
- For mics, Ø: 19.0mm to 32.0mm (3/4" to 1-1/4") - all vanes fitted
- For mics, Ø: 32.0mm to 38.0mm (1-1/4" to 1-1/4") - remove every other vane*
*Note: to remove vanes: remove Lid from Base & slide every other Vane out, then replace lid, see accompanying illustration above.
Lightweight But Tough - Rycote's Mic Flags are lightweight and extremely hard-wearing, and provide a large printable area for sponsors' logos. It offers a printable logo area 57mm wide by 48mm high on each of its 4 sides.
